We are so excited to share our very first purchase from Finca Rayos Del Sol! The cup is in perfect balance, with a deep red apple sweetness, hazelnut and cocoa flavors, and just enough citric acidity to keep things interesting. This is our ideal everyday coffee!

The Farm:
Percy Pintado is one of the leading producers of high-quality coffee for the cooperative Lima Coffees. His 5-hectare farm is called Rayos Del Sol, and he grows 100 percent Bourbon variety coffee on his land.
Percy is a leader for Organic farming practices in the region and other producers look to Percy for best practices in their care for their own land and environment.
Processing:
After selective picking and depulping the same day, the coffee is fermented for 26 hours before it is washed and laid out to dry slowly, for 20–30 days.
